Sahabat Gizi Kita or SAGITA is a program dedicated to Indonesia in overcoming maternal and child health problems that still have a red score on the report card. In this program, a holistic balanced nutrition intervention will be held to ensure that the golden period of the first 1000 days of life (HPK) can be achieved as well as possible.

In the implementation of this activity, it also carries out a specific approach. The specific approach was carried out directly targeting the age groups involved in 1000 HPK, starting from pregnant women, lactating mothers, and clowns. That way, the breaking of the chain in the cycle of malnutrition can be cut directly in the age group of pregnant women, infants, and two-year-old babies.

The activities carried out in support of specific approaches are by optimizing the role of POSYANDU in addition to special treatment for toddlers and mothers who experience nutritional status less than normal standards through the School of Nutrition. For toddlers with poor and poor nutritional status, they will be included in nutrition school classes.
