This program is also a community empowerment initiative in cattle farming to manage the results from the insemination program of Javanese bulls to Bali cows. The Sinar Bangsa program is an Integrated Insemination and Cattle Farming System for Bali Cows and Javanese Bulls aimed at producing Superior Cows of the Archipelago to support food security and reduce Indonesia's dependence on imported meat. This program was initiated in 2022 in collaboration with the National Counter-Terrorism Agency (BNPT) that attempts a soft approach method to address potential deradicalization. The success achieved from the implementation of integrated and sustainable cattle farming will later be replicated in other regions that have potential for farming development.
